Nine Dodge
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains how tanalib ("the developer"), the provider of Nine Dodge ("the app"), handles user information.
1. Information stored on your device
The app itself stores only your best score and settings (sound, vibration, theme, mode, and whether you have seen the rules), and only on your device. The developer never receives this information.
2. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA)
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and OS information
- App launches and interactions, ad impressions and taps, and ad-related diagnostics
Where the law requires consent (such as in the United Kingdom), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. In some US states, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising from Settings → Privacy settings in the app. Elsewhere, you can turn off personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or similar; this varies by device and OS version). On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking.
For how Google handles this information, see:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
3. Crash reports
To find and fix bugs, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC. Information is sent:
- When the app crashes or an unexpected error occurs: the state of the app at that moment, and a record of what the app did just before it
- When you open the app, or come back to it after a while away (30 minutes by default): the fact that the app was opened, so that we can see what share of users use the app without crashes
Each time, the following is also sent:
- Device model, OS version, and app version
- The date and time it happened
- Identifiers that Firebase creates for each installation of the app and for each time it is opened
This information is used only to fix bugs, and is never used for advertising or to track you. The app does not send your player name, email address, or any other information that reveals your name or contact details.
- Firebase privacy and security: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
4. Leaderboards and sharing
The app uses Game Center by Apple Inc. (iOS) and Google Play Games by Google LLC (Android) for its leaderboards. If you are signed in to one of these services, the scores of the games you play to the end are sent to that service and shown on its leaderboard together with your player name. The app's ranking screen loads other players' names and scores from that service and shows them; this information is not stored on your device. The developer never receives this information. You can use the app without signing in.
- Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Sharing from the result screen uses your device's share feature. What you share goes to the app you choose; the developer never receives it.
5. Information you send us
The only personal information the developer receives directly from you is the emails you send us (your email address and message). They are used only to reply to you and to investigate the problems you report, and are deleted within one year after we finish responding.
6. Data sent outside the app and to other countries
The information in sections 2 and 3 is sent to Google LLC (United States) by Google LLC's software included in the app. Leaderboard scores in section 4 are sent by Game Center on iOS, and on Android by Google LLC's software included in the app.
- Recipient: Google LLC (United States)
- Information and purpose: as described in section 2 (serving and measuring ads, and so on) and section 3 (investigating bugs)
- Recipient: Apple Inc. (United States; if you are signed in to Game Center on iOS) or Google LLC (United States; if you are signed in to Google Play Games on Android)
- Information and purpose: scores from games played to the end, to show them on the leaderboards (see section 4)
For information on the personal information protection system of the United States, see the information published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission: https://www.ppc.go.jp/enforcement/infoprovision/laws/
Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework. The information in section 2 is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, and the information in section 3 is handled on the developer's behalf under the Firebase data processing terms. Leaderboard scores in section 4 are handled in accordance with the Apple or Google privacy policy. The developer uses only services whose providers protect your information to a standard equal to this policy.
7. How long information is kept, and how to delete it
- Information stored on your device: deleted when you delete the app.
- Crash reports: records of crashes and errors are kept on Google's servers for 90 days, then deleted. Records of app opens are kept on Google's servers for a period set by Google.
- Information for advertising: kept in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention). You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Leaderboard scores: managed by Apple or Google in accordance with their privacy policies.
- Emails you send us: deleted within one year after we finish responding.
8. Changing your consent
You can change your consent, or (in some US states) opt out of targeted advertising, from Settings → Privacy settings in the app (shown where required in your region). On iOS, you can change tracking permission in the device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The app does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; please use the settings described here instead.
9. Age
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
10. Requests regarding your information
Requests to be told the purpose of use of, or to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete, personal information held by the developer (the emails you send us) can be made at the contact in section 13.
11. For users where the GDPR applies
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR or similar laws apply, the controller is the developer (tanalib, support@tanalib.com). We rely on your consent for personalized ads, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the app working and answering you for crash reports and your emails. You have the right to access, correct and erase your information, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ICO): https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
12. Changes to this policy
The developer may update this policy when necessary. When it does, it will update this page and describe important changes, with their date, at the top of this page.
